Nicole specializes in all skin types, with certifications in anti-aging, pigment, acne and more. She focuses on creating an environment that provides you with the best estheticians, knowledge, results, cutting edge treatments and products available. All of our estheticians and nursing staff are trained by Nicole in her unique and time proven method for caring for skin!
Sarah Yardis
Lead Esthetician
As a Nicole Caroline Lead Esthetician, and a member of the team since 2022, Sarah brings an expertise in facial massage and facial sculpting techniques our clients have become obsessed with! As a Greenwich native, She has been an esthetician in and around the area for over 15 years. Sarah has trained with Nicole for the past 2 years in Nicole’s curated and meticulously designed techniques. We love having Sarah on our team and we know you will LOVE your skin once she starts working on it!
Janet Delos
RN, Aesthetic Nurse
As an Aesthetic Nurse (RN) for over 15 years, with a foundation in critical care and operating room experience, Janet is committed to helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. She has worked very closely in training with Nicole, and her background has afforded her a deep understanding of patient care, allowing her to provide exceptional aesthetic services that work in tandem with all facial services performed by estheticians at Nicole Caroline Skin
Kate Marino

Kate Marino comes to us as a skilled esthetician with an extensive background in beauty and skincare! Kate first fell in love with the industry while working for MAC cosmetics over 20 years ago, and her passion for skincare has grown ever since! Her love and knowledge of skin is evident in all that she does and it shows in the results! Kate has trained in all of the Nicole Caroline techniques and we are so happy to have her as part of our team!
Shera
Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist/Esthetician
Shera is our only dual licensed clinical massage therapist/esthetician! She has extensive training in Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques/body sculpting and massage. Shera is also expertly trained in Nicole Caroline’s esthetic techniques and modalities, and she cannot wait to guide you on your skincare goals and body sculpting journey! We are so happy to have Shera as part of the team!

Michelle has been a Clinical massage therapist for over 11 years! With her experience working alongside chiropractors and within upscale spa’s; she is versatile in addressing pain within a luxury experience. She specializes in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, Deep Tissue, Swedish & myofascial techniques. While working on adhesions and trigger points with her developed techniques; she is able to alleviate discomfort and create space within the body, and we are so happy to welcome her to the Nicole Caroline team!

As the newest member of the Nicole Caroline team, we are so happy to welcome Santina! Santina is a licensed esthetician who specializes in Acne, as she found her love for skincare after struggling with cystic acne herself, and wanted to help others feel beautiful in their own skin!
